I think the key word is fire resistant. It doesn’t mean that it cannot be burnt. It is resistant, but not impervious to fire. Hell, if i were lost in a forest of redwood, I’m sure i could turn one of them into firewood

I live near some Redwood tree and they can really grow tall, some 400 feet
